 or all communities to learn\, watch\, and enjoy the art of Stand-Up Comedy
 . To that end we have created a class JUST for women. A like-minded commun
 ity of ladies to learn the art of Stand-Up Comedy with. Are you someone wh
 o has an office job where you do a lot of presentations? Would you love to
  make your talks livelier? Are you looking to meet folks and be more socia
 l? Have you ever dreamed of you on stage\, commanding the room. The mood i
 s yours to set\, the crowd is yours to captivate? The good news is all of 
 you are in the same boat. You want to give stand up a try\, but don’t kn
 ow where to start. This class is perfect for you. Learn how a joke is writ
 ten and why it is funny. Feel more confident in front of people. Meet new 
 people with a love of comedy. And at the end of the session\, you will get
  to perform the comedy you wrote in front of your friends and family. You 
 will learn about different types of humor. Like observational\, crowd work
 \, act outs and more. You will also walk away with knowledge of how to sta
 rt your journey after class and what steps you need to take to book that f
 irst paid show. Not to mention a new network of friends to go to open mic
 ’s with as you break into the scene. Student perks include: -Performance
  in front of a LIVE comedy club audience. -Free tickets to all Comedy Plex
