 riting 2:Continued Coaching Do you set aside time each week to work on you
 r comedy craft? “Continued Coaching” will push you to write smarter ma
 terial\, help hone your comedic voice\, and figure out your persona. Write
  new material every week and get feedback on your work from instructors an
 d peers. Meet a new network of people who have similar goals to you and fi
 nd a new open mic buddy. Let’s set aside that time to work on your craft
  in a low stakes environment with firm constructive criticism to help you 
 move forward toward your comedy goals. Must have completed Comedy Plex Sta
 nd Up One or have been performing Stand Up for at least one year. Student 
 perks include: -Free tickets to all Comedy Plex shows during the class ses
 sion -Discounts on soft drink\, and water at the Comedy Plex bar About you
 r instructor: Angie McMahon is a veteran of the Chicago Improv and Sketch 
 comedy scene. She has been teaching sketch writing and stand up at the fam
 ed Second City for 11 years. She founded CIC Theater\, where she was the E
 xecutive Director and Board President for 13 years. Her comedy Festival 
 “Snubfest” ran for 11 years with such amazing alumni like TJ Miller\, 
 Cameron Esposito\, and Josh Johnson to name a few. Notable sponsors of the
  festival included MySpace Comedy\, Audible\, RoofTop Comedy\, Mikey O Pro
 ductions\, Zanies\, Laugh Factory\, Lincoln Lodge\, and the Comedy Bar. Sh
 e has performed with Nora Dunn\, Julia Sweeney\, Jay Mohr\, Andy Kindler\,
