 of creating their very own stand-up comedy routine. Students will be creat
 ing material geared for the world of standup as they work on writing\, re-
 writing & refinement of their material as well as working on their techniq
 ue and delivery. Students must bring a notepad and writing utensils to eve
 ry class. Student perks include: -Free tickets to all Comedy Plex shows du
 ring the class session (must be accompanied by an adult over 21) About you
 r instructor: Jonathan Keaton is a member of the Screen Actors Guild\, an 
 alum of the Second City National Touring Company. He has instructed both a
 dults and children at Naperville School of Performing Arts\, Paramount Sch
 ool of the Arts\, Dream Big\, American Eagle\, Second City Training Center
  and is currently the Director of the Theater Department at Steps Dance Ce
 nter. For the past decade he has focused on helping young/new performers u
 se their voice and perspective on stage.
