 x’s mission is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all commun
 ities to learn\, watch\, and enjoy the art of Stand-Up Comedy. To that end
  we have created a class JUST for women. A like-minded community of ladies
  to learn the art of Stand-Up Comedy with. Are you someone who has an offi
 ce job where you do a lot of presentations? Would you love to make your ta
 lks livelier? Are you looking to meet folks and be more social? Have you e
 ver dreamed of you on stage\, commanding the room. The mood is yours to se
 t\, the crowd is yours to captivate? The good news is all of you are in th
 e same boat. You want to give stand up a try\, but don’t know where to s
 tart. This class is perfect for you. Learn how a joke is written and why i
 t is funny. Feel more confident in front of people. Meet new people with a
  love of comedy. And at the end of the session\, you will get to perform t
 he comedy you wrote in front of your friends and family. You will learn ab
 out different types of humor. Like observational\, crowd work\, act outs a
 nd more. You will also walk away with knowledge of how to start your journ
 ey after class and what steps you need to take to book that first paid sho
 w. Not to mention a new network of friends to go to open mic’s with as y
 ou break into the scene. Student perks include: -Performance in front of a
  LIVE comedy club audience. -Free tickets to all Comedy Plex shows during
