and in front of groups. Learn the ins and outs of joke writing\, and what
works for you the comedian. Learn what bookers are looking for\, and how
to get booked at any comedy club. Learn how to host a show\, so that you a
re always in demand as a comedian. OR\, just be the funniest person at eve
ry social gathering you're invited to. All of this culminates in a show fo
r family\, friends\, and the general public on a REAL comedy club stage. S

ass session About your instructor: Angie McMahon is a veteran of the Chica
go Improv and Sketch comedy scene. She has been teaching sketch writing an
d stand up at the famed Second City for 11 years. She founded CIC Theater\
, where she was the Executive Director and Board President for 13 years. H
er comedy Festival “Snubfest” ran for 11 years with such amazing alumn
i like TJ Miller\, Cameron Espisito\, and Josh Johnson to name a few. Nota
